I loved the fantastic spa with multiple saunas, the amazing live music at dinner, and the fun nightly shows. My kids had a blast in the heated pools, too!

We stayed in a Family Room and it was pretty comfortable, but it felt a bit outdated. The floors were dirty when we arrived, which wasn’t great, and we had problems with the air conditioning and WiFi. the toiletries were nice enough, and there was some decent space. Just be aware that the rooms may not live up to the 5-star claim. Would’ve liked a fresher vibe overall.
